Sterochef Detectable Plasters are electromagnetically detectable, feature hypoallergenic adhesive, are free from latex and are coloured bright blue for easy visual identification.  They have a five year shelf life and are guaranteed 100% sterile for the life of the product.

“All cuts and grazes on exposed skin shall be covered by an appropriately coloured plaster that is different from the product colour (preferable blue) and contains a metal detectable strip. These shall be site issued and monitored. Where appropriate, in addition to the plaster, a glove shall be worn.”
